My name is Guy Stevenson and I am an organization consultant, chairman of a manufacturing company, and a US veteran. I am a proven transformational leader; proficient with start-ups and distressed entities with a history of “worst to first” turnarounds.
I am the owner and sole employee of Petrichor Consulting, LLC. That said, I have access to a mix of experts that I can bring to bear as needed. I am based near St Louis, MO, US but always willing to travel.
Throughout my 30-plus year career, I have been a builder of teams, processes, and systems across a variety of industries and geographies, with common themes of engineering, technology, construction, facilities, and logistics.
My background is a unique mashup of technical/operational and back office/functional skills. In addition, I am just as comfortable in an executive role as I am in a task performer role.
